Its a little hard to make out what is going on in the video tho.
maybe your screen capture software has a zoom setting of some sort, where it follows the mouse, so whatever you are focusing on is being blown up (i have seen this elsewhere). -

Sun, June 22, 2008 - 1:07 PMThanks Eric this confirms what I had understood in the past...small bumps are ok (I still avoid them though...often i'll just use Ableton's analog warmth rack on my master buss with the saturation geared back slightly and there's a limiter in line). Great illustration of the point!
